This 28-story building is an evolution of the San Remo and Beresford apartment. Designed by one of the most influential architects of the Art Deco, Emery Roth, its façade shows the evolution towards a more modern, without losing the Art Deco ornament.
The décor is different geometric figures that cover the front of the base using two-color between yellow bricks are the main and other brown facing serving the architect to perform various geometric shapes, this combination gives rhythm to the facade.
