Construction	This nondescript building was erected in 1923. Reminiscent of the Chicago school and show their windows on three sides, designed to always enter the sun, is mixed with an eclectic style late provided by his garret green water or auction and a prominent Art Deco style can be seen in the volume of the building. One of the most characteristic elements of Barolo is his shot, represents an eclectic style with more than 300,000 light bulbs. In the building are numerous references to Dante's Divine Comedy, as its architect was passionate about it. is built in concrete and its ornamentation, is architectural art, arches, balconies, arches and pillars run through the building, however we find reliefs and statues just as usual at the time, this gives a solid appearance, but at the same time monumental. The interior is purely eclectic, neo-Renaissance with language influenced art nouveau. In 1997 the building was declared a National Historic Landmark. Currently the building operate several travel agencies, a English school for foreigners, a store that sells clothes for Tango, offices of accountants, lawyers, etc..

Built between 1936 and 1937, Pescara was one of the most beautiful designs in the 30's Pininfarina. Only two models were manufactured with Pininfarina body, the Touring version if it happens, one of them possessing Mussolini. Its design, like the time was based on a cute and curvy, like you would use the Lancia Aprilia Berlinetta Aerodynamics in 1937. This model shows that the obsession with aerodynamics was not something out of countries like the U.S. or France, where Art Deco was the preferred style for years. The Pescara rode a V-6 engine and 2.3 liters displacement.

Construction	Sutter The building is possibly the most sophisticated of the Art Deco era, a 26-storey building of great elegance . The exterior design of the building features a triangular shape of its windows, controlling the light entering the building because usually in the position of the building a window in direct sun and the other not. The lobby of the building is richly decorated, like the Art Deco motif ceramic sent dedicated to the Mesoamerican people, gold and silver accents complement the decor. The building was one of the first worldwide to include private parking with a capacity for 450 cars. In 1978 it was renewed.

The aim was to reach you to maximize product construction cost without detriment to the quality of housing and interiors. We seek to improve the pattern type of these homes to improve relations and dimensions of the main rooms without implying an increase in total square feet. aesthetics should communicate all austerity and simple no, restraint and not meanness.

Four detached houses with gardens, garage and common terraces, housed within a site across the street to 133, between streets 531 and 530 (La Plata - Argentina). It sought to reach a product that allows families to enjoy the benefits of living in a house average cost of a department of the city center, bringing the tranquility of being in a private condominium.

The complexity of this project was at the combine in one building two buildings of different uses and aesthetics. We seek to maximize the surface to occupy the ground floor for retail and set the house on the following plants appear as a formal matter volume in certain planes into contact with the rest of the building.
