final project for a commercial building and detached house located on Avenida Diagonal 74, city of La Plata (Argentina).
The complexity of this project was at the combine in one building two buildings of different use and management strength. We seek to maximize the surface to occupy the ground floor and mezzanine for commercial premises and put the house on the following plants. The bulk solution proposed is to work a large white container that takes shape in the first floor and the offices of the corner, you do major subtractions to locate the openings. The second floor disappears visually between the top and eaves projecting ell volume. gray elements are added to the empty glass and help to highlight the main volume.
