second version of the project for a commercial building and detached house located on Avenida Diagonal 74, city of La Plata ( Argentina). The complexity of this project was at the combine in one building two buildings of different uses and aesthetics. We seek to maximize the surface to occupy the ground floor for retail and set the house on the following plants appear as a formal matter volume in certain planes into contact with the rest of the building.
