The exterior design of the building features a triangular shape of its windows, controlling the light entering the building because usually in the position of the building a window in direct sun and the other not. The lobby of the building is richly decorated, like the Art Deco motif ceramic sent dedicated to the Mesoamerican people, gold and silver accents complement the decor. The building was one of the first worldwide to include private parking with a capacity for 450 cars. In 1978 it was renewed.
