Four outcasts duplex houses with gardens and garage housed within a site across the street to 73, between Calle 13 and 14 (La Plata - Argentina). The aim was to reach you to maximize product construction cost without detriment to the quality of housing and interiors. We seek to improve the pattern type of these homes to improve relations and dimensions of the main rooms without implying an increase in total square feet. aesthetics should communicate all austerity and simple no, restraint and not meanness.
