Four detached houses with gardens, garage and common terraces, housed within a site across the street to 133, between streets 531 and 530 (La Plata - Argentina). It sought to reach a product that allows families to enjoy the benefits of living in a house average cost of a department of the city center, bringing the tranquility of being in a private condominium.
aesthetic
As a guideline we want to convey an image of elegance and simplicity that allows the validity of all time. We seek an architecture with personality, but which in turn is easily appropriated by prospective tenants.
