black brick of the facade has been chosen to cover the visual contrast between the walls and windows giving the building a strong and solid. The Gothic style is accented with pinnacles of terracotta friezes and coated with gold, contrasting with the black facade. The base is made of granite with decorative bronze plates. In the decoration are allegories referring to the transformation of matter into energy. The entrance hall is decorated with black marble and mirrors.
